Shannon Leisure Centre Swimming Lessons
It is never too late to learn how to swim and this is reinforced by the swimming teachers at the Shannon Swimming and Leisure Centre. Swimming is a great way to stay in shape as it works all the major muscle groups to help keep you toned. The opening hours are:
Monday – Thursday: 6:00 am – 10:00 pm
Friday: 6:00 am – 9:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Bank holidays: Closed
