A popular seaside resort just a ten-minute drive from the magnificent Cliffs of Moher, Lahinch is often referred to as the surfing capital of Ireland. Hosting a world-famous, golden blue flag beach, the submerging tide makes it the perfect destination for surfing, kite surfing and sea kayaking. Lahinch SeaWorld and Leisure complex is located right beside the beach and is home to many underwater creatures including sharks, rays and conger eels.

  • At the roundabout, continue straight onto Ballycasey Ct
  • At Ballycasey Roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto R471
  • Shannon Springs Hotel is on the left

  • Depart Limerick City in direction of Ennis Road
  • At Coonagh Roundabout take the 3rd exit
  • At Clondrinagh Roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on R445

  • Merge onto the N18, continue for approx 10 miles
  • Take exit 8 for Shannon Town Centre
